  • What type of file should I provide?

    You should provide .jpg or .png files ONLY

  • What type of photo creates the best results?

    The pet’s face should be fully visible from the front and prominently displayed in the photo. If the photo is from the side, only the portion of your pet’s face that is visible in the photo will be printed on the product. Please use a high resolution photo (1 MB+) with good lighting to identify any distinct features of your pet. We also recommend that you avoid photos that involve your pet wearing something on their head (i.e. hat, bow, etc.).

  • Do I need to crop the photo?

    No. Our artists will use state-of-the-art software to crop only the face of your pet from the photo. However, please follow the above FAQ regarding what type of photo will provide the best results.

  • How many pets can I include in my photo?

    Please submit a photo that includes one or up to two pets. This will ensure you receive the highest quality product. If you have more than two pets, we recommend that you purchase separate items and upload a different photo for each additional pet.

  • Can I submit a photo of something other than a dog or cat?

    Absolutely. We love all pets! Just follow above FAQ regarding what type of photo will provide the best results.

  • Will I be able to see a proof of my product prior to shipping?

    Unfortunately, we cannot provide a proof prior to shipping because it will slow down our ability to ship the product within 3 business days. But we are very confident that you’ll love the final result. If you’re not completely satisfied, let us know and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.



  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Assuming there are no issues with your photo, we will print and produce your one-of-a-kind product within 3 business days. Please allow an additional 3-7 days for domestic order to be delivered via USPS depending on your location.

  • Will all of the products I ordered be delivered together?

    Yes. Because we don’t outsource any of our production, we print and pack your complete order to be delivered at one time.

  • Will I know when my order has shipped?

    Yes. You will receive an email with a specific tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

    Unfortunately, not at this time. But check back in the future as we expand our designs, product lines and shipping destinations.

  • How much does it cost for shipping?

    Standard shipping is free for orders $25 or more. A $5 shipping charge will be applied to orders less than $25.

  • What should I do if I need to change the shipping address?

  • What type of payments do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards in addition to Paypal and Apple Pay. We use Shopify Payments as our credit card payment processor to ensure your transaction is safe and secure.

  • Can I cancel my order after it is placed?

    Yes, you will have approximately four hours to cancel your order. Send an email to or select the 'Cancel my order' drop-down option in our contact form, here.



  • How do I properly care for my product?

    Turn inside out and machine wash cold on gentle/delicates setting. Air dry. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
